We got to the Guayaquil airport at 1 pm for a 4pm flight (the second leg of our return flight to Ft. Lauderdale). No 4pm flight as our ticket was booked for. Went to the Tame desk and they said they can't do ANYTHING, you have to call Lbf. We never heard of Lbf before this. Spent 14 hours in the airport to get a 3:15 am flight!!! Missed connection in Ft. Lauderdale $250 to book new flight), spent $90 for a hotel room that couldn't be used. If you ever hear their name: Run the other way! Read more

We were enroute to our mother's 80th Birthday and booked three tickets through this service. We arrived at the airport and one of the reservations were cancelled. They first said "changed mind" was in the records. Then a supervisor tried to tell me that the Airline cancelled the ticket. They stated they called our office but had an email address that was the only point of contact and did not send us a notification. We had to pay over $1,000 to get on the plane. Purchased six return tickets in March 2015 to Puerto Rico. On day of return on January 2, 2016, our names had been removed from the American Airlines flight. We had to purchase six one way first class tickets to get home! None of the seats were first class! When we called the agents back to get a refund, we were either disconnected or told someone would call back. never happened! Unscrupulous fraudsters. Someone should put them out of business! We booked flights on American Airlines and even though we arrives ontime we waited in the luggage checkin line too long and missed out time to check the bags. So as a reault we missed our flight. American was going to refund us the money but because we booked through smartfares.com the webste this company operates business out of they could not refund us and asked us to call LBH directly. This is a total scam!!!! Beware.... Be warned!!! After booking 2 tickets across the country the second we enter all the credit card info and hit book, the date have changed.... We called them immediately and they said those flights were not available at the rate we booked them at so they were changed! They wanted to charge me an additional 200 per ticket to change my flight back to the original dates I booked on there scam website .... I purchased two airline tickets from these evil people. I had to cancel because of a emergency in the family.I was told that I could use them again before one year and there woulld be a fee of five hundred dollars. Before the year was up I called to reuse them and was told that my flight was suspended because I was supposed to notify the airlines.I said I was never told I had to. Lbf was recieved refund on my behalf from Emirates airlines for the unused portion of a flight ticket. I have contacted them numerous times and they claim they will look into it call back etc. All lies...I will file suit. Add comment

This company is a total rip off. I have read many reviews of people having the same problems. they first spelled My and my daughters last name incorrectly an put the wrong initial in my sister's name. I was told it would cost $275 to change the middle initial. I called the airline it didn't cost anything. they couldn't understand anyone I was talking to and I constantly got hung up on.I called the airline about canceling the reservations and they said I had to call lbf. I got double charged on my account when I reserved a flight to Phoenix, AZ. The travel agent put in the wrong return flight time. The error could have been avoided by confirming all information prior to processing the transaction. I then had to email a banking statement from my bank as verification of the debit transaction! They had all the debit card info. in the computer to process the claim! I will be sure to book my airline flights somewhere else in the future! Read more

This place is the worst agency every!! They steal your money don't call you to let you know they charging your card again for no reason and without your approval. Try calling over and over just to keep being hung up on. Horrible but I well make it my business to put a end to this horrible company. You can't keep taking money from people, and keep getting away with it. Read more
