We arrived at the airport on our departure dates to find out that the flight times had changed and we were not notified by any representative from LBF or issued new tickets. We booked the flights 4 month earlier and the flight times changed 3 days after we booked the flight.

We tried to hook up with our connecting flight into Paris by trying to get on another flight standby but it didn't work. We had to spend the night in a hotel and fly out the next day. The "company" was less than useless or forthcoming with any information and very rude when we tried to explain the situation (when we got through and were not hung up on) Even an Air Canada rep spoke to a manager at LBF and had to yell because the LBF rep was not listening or cooperating. We also found out that we were flying into Charles du gal airport in Paris and out of a completely different one when we left.

Which is also not what we asked for and the only way to the airport was a train that was €80.00 per person. I don't know how this company stays in business with customer service like that! I will NEVER travel with them again and I will be getting my lawyer involved in this also.

I will also be telling everyone I meet and already know to never book travel plans with this company.

This company sucks!!!
