one of their agent keeps on calling and sending emails with a booking i did not make, when i answer his call, i told him that the email he sent to me with regards to our flight is not same as what i book with them before,then after checking he told me that the booking i have is correct but there is a mistake done and he don't know where it is and told me to contact my bank and pay the same amount i already paid upon making a flight booking with them, can someone help me where i can directly report this bad assistance they are doing to their customers, thank and god bless all.
