Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Great lakes Air changed the reservation I had made for my daughterand notified Web Booking of that change more than one month in advance in two different emails! web booking never notified me and won't honor their mistake and my loss of money!!

I want a refund of my ticket price of $350.00 Their mistake cost me a hotel room, missed work, unnecessary meals, all because we had to stay an extra night in the departure city. and i need to now find a way to get my fifteen year old daughter home and out of the mountains to the airport.

I will pursue them until i get my money back. i want a full refund.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $750.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No communication about flight time change.

I believe they are 1 and the same as I have the same problem trying to contact a Varin at The Traveler Help Desk & they have the same address as LBF. All I get are canned responses advising me of no refund and they will not provide me with any more information I would need to get the refund from the airline. I will followup best I can with the airline directly.


Is there a connection between LBF and TravelerHelpDesk? I have desperately tried to contact Ula from TravelerHelpDesk, but she hasn't replied to my e-mails or answered the phone when my friend called.

Staff members gave my friend the runaround. I am trying to get $525.43 back from a non-refundable ticket.

I had to cancel the booking because I wouldn't have made it to my mother's funeral in France on time. I supposed I should feel lucky they reimbursed $664.00.
