I bought ticket on February the 27th through lbs out of San Diego a travel agency, I was supposed to fly out of Atlanta Georgia to Reno Nevada on May 27th when I got to the airport there was no ticket for me to fly on blue jet had to buy another ticket through Delta Airlines to make my trip please contact me as soon as possible, I need my refund $510 that they charge me through Morgantown Bank & Trust in Bowling Green Kentucky. My reason for contacting you, is because I have bought a ticket for $900 round trip from Atlanta Georgia to Reno Nevada, when I got to the airport they said I did not have a flight on blue jet, I have a letter stating from my bank Morgantown Bank & Trust in Bowling Green Kentucky, that you all had sent them and I'd like my refund the $510, I was returning $378 of that money to my bank, I need my money, and I need someone to contact me and talk to me my telephone number is 270-779-**** the ticket number was G u q X h d, please contact me my name is Marilyn Garrett I would not recommend

There is no satisfaction in resolving any problems with flights or money owed and no way to reach anyone.
I booked a reservation for 4 to Africa and two of our flights were cancelled. No one has been in touch with me to answer any of our questions and when I was promised by the rebooking department that they would get back to me if I had any concerns, no one did. I contacted as many people as I could with still no response.

Overcharged
We payed for ticket and after few days they call and ask for increase prices about 400$ otherwise they will cancel for planned vocation and already paid ticket

Booked a flight that can be cancelled up to 3 hours before departure. It says it clearly on the site when booking and again in the confirmation email.
Decided to cancel my trip due to rising concerns over new PANDEMIC variant and new governmental restrictions.
They refuse to refund or credit me.
Talked to 2 associates, and 1 supervisor. All very rude and close-minded to any resolution.

Bad customer service
I bought a ticket through a third party and I need to make an adjustment to the ticket and cannot reach anyone. No one answers the line and there is no contact information on the ticket. I've emailed numerous times with no reply from anyone.

Would rate minus one - had to contact DOT & ABC Action news to give us help to get our refund. LBF just kept telling us to wait
Thought we booked with Travelers Help Desk but it was LBF. They have a California address but are in India.
Airlines cancelled & they rebooked us on a more expensive flight ($941.68 more)
Had to fight to get refund for luftansa cancelled flights.

Our trip was also cancelled due to COVID, was offered a credit, I agreed, then took a month of phone calls, emails to finally get somebody to actually help me. Did get a refund but not the amount agreed upon. So now the fight continues to get the balance, Bunch of low life scammers who dont give a *** about you

LBF exceed the Travel Scam Business
We Booked international flights this coming Jan. 2022 with LBF Travel from Auckland to Brisbane and From Fiji to LA.
As expected COVID has cancelled all our plans. Called on Sept. 16 requesting cancellation options. Was expecting the non-refundable speech and we can offer flight credit for future use.
Of the $4K we spent for international travel with LBF.
I got the scam offer of a travel lifetime
LBF Travel offered $1200 refund and based what I'm reading about pissed off customers I will never see that. But here was the kicker.
We will hold your flight credit until Dec. 2022 for an ADDITIONAL $550.
Let the fight begin.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GETTING BACK TO ME. FRAUDULENT.
THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN BOUGHT A SPIRIT AIRLINE TICKET ON THEIR CARD. WHEN I WENT TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT, THEY WOULD GET THE MONEY NOT ME.

am out $3258 and after 2 years they only issued me a credit for $1000 and every email to that address is not disconnected. Scammers
