After booking our flights on a discount website back in December and our flight home being cancelled last minute in February- United Airlines issued us a refund for the portion of the ticket that wasn't used. Except LBF, the 3rd party, received it instead.

It's now nearly the end of May and I STILL haven't received a refund OR have even spoken to an actual representative about this. I've called approximately 20 times- I've given them all my information countless times- been put on hold for an accumulation of hours- and still haven't gotten anywhere. Every time they put me on hold they say 3-5 minutes except someone will pick it up, put me back on hold, rinse and repeat a few times until ultimately I get disconnected and have to repeat the entire process over again. DO NOT TRAVEL THOUGH THIS AGENCY!!!!

Scammers and *** artists! I wish I knew before being out $1,449
