Lbf Travel - Worst Customer Service
I booked two tickets and I didn't receive confirmation from LBF travel until 5 hours before my flight that my credit card was declined.They then said that the price I got was no longer available.
I had to pay about $300 more. They then charged my card 2 times. When I called to have them rectify it, the customer service representatives hang up the phone 3 different times. Am now in the process of logging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
These folks should not be in business.
Do NOT book through them for own your sanity.You'll will regret it.
