Called for prices on an international trip. Wasn't sure if I should accept their quote, said I'd let them know.

Received a horde of call-backs from them to close the deal. Asked if the ticket price was refundable and 'Elsa' (in India, but stating she worked in San Diego) claimed the tix were 'fully' refundable. Ultimately did have to cancel the trip (due to med reasons for my travel partner). Was told at that time that only a portion of the ticket would be refunded (1/3 of price).

Received notice via email of of cancellation and confirmation of refund - 'IF' the airline provided a refund. Called/emailed Traveler Help Desk many times, only to get 'confusing conversations' and even 'hung up on' several times (after asking polite but direct questions). Called airlines, which confirmed the refund 'had be paid' to Travel Help Desk. Called Travel Help Desk again, hung up on again.

Filed lawsuit, going to court soon.

BTW, if you too need to file a lawsuit the 'venue' is NOT where they do business (San Diego) but rather, where the travel originates (hopefully your nearby airport), or better still, where you were when you bought the ticket, (hopefully) your home County. Best wishes, scammers SUCK,
